Highlands Event Spaces
The Carriage House
The Carriage House is the perfect venue for your next intimate gathering. This space is housed in the detached, 200 year old Historic building situated in the middle of our Courtyard. This pre-prohibition style venue boasts a private bar, exposed brick, art deco light fixtures, flat screen TV, antique furniture and a working gas fireplace.
- Capacity: 30 Seated | 60 Cocktail Style
- Available for Rental: Tuesday - Sunday | 12:00pm-10:00pm
- Set Up & Clean Up Fee: $100.00 (2-4 hour block | 2 hour minimum)
- Minimum Spending Requirement: $150 per hour of event time (cumulative)
- Attached Patio is not included in the rental, event guests have access to the patio from the space but the patio itself is open to the public.

The Grotto
The Grotto is the ideal venue for your next party. This indoor/outdoor space combines the best of both worlds. The venue is secluded in the back portion of our main restaurant and features a private bar, skylights, glass garage doors, cozy seating areas and two flat screen TVs. The decor of The Grotto is Irish themed most of the year but we do change it up for Christmas and Valentines Day and also offers a seasonal themed cocktail menu in addition to our standard cocktail offerings.
- Capacity: 60 Seated | 120 Cocktail Style
- Available for Rental: Tuesday - Sunday | 12:00pm-9:00pm
- Set Up & Clean Up Fee: $250.00 (2-4 hour block | 2 hour minimum)
- Minimum Spending Requirement: $300 per hour of event time (cumulative)
- Open air, weather permitting, completely enclosed and heated when the temperature drops below 50 degrees.

The Garden Bar
The Garden Bar is our newest event venue. This outdoor space is located in the recently developed space behind The Carriage House. Furnished with decorative patio tables and filled with beautiful seasonal plantings, The Garden Bar has its own private bar, draft system, flat screen TV and projector.

- Available for Rental: Tuesday-Sunday 12:00pm-9:00pm
- Set Up & Clean Up Fee: $100.00 (2-4 hour block | 2 hour minimum)
- Minimum Spending Requirement: $150 per hour of event time(cumulative)
- Available between St. Patrick’s Day and Thanksgiving annually. Open air and uncovered, weather permitting, tented, enclosed and heated when the temperature drops below 50 degrees and/or in the event of rain.

Downtown Event Spaces
The Whiskey Cellar
The Whiskey Cellar offers an old-time, intimate, speak-easy-style experience; paying homage to the original use of the building, distilling Old Charter Bourbon. This space is ideal for Corporate Gatherings, Birthday Parties, Rehearsal Dinners, and Retirement Parties.

The Grand Loft
Whether you are planning on entertaining for a birthday party or a wedding and reception, this space is sure to fit the bill. The beautiful large bar, old authentic booths, and open skylight above the gorgeous mahogany staircase are just a few of the lovely aspects that make Loft 123 a wonderful space for any event you have planned!

The Penthouse & Rooftop Garden
The Penthouse is a lovely, open, and airy room that mixes both Industrial and Elegant styles. With gorgeous century-old wooden floors, exposed brick walls, and ornate crystal chandeliers, the inside space is perfect for upscale or casual events. In addition to the Penthouse space itself, this rental includes the use of our Rooftop Lounge, offering a private outdoor space where guests can enjoy a relaxing setting with comfortable lounge furniture and a beautiful variety of flowers and plants in nice weather. Have your wedding ceremony on the rooftop and your reception inside, or host a cocktail party with indoor and outdoor spaces! The Penthouse and Rooftop Lounge is a classy space that will leave your guests talking about your excellent taste in venues for years to come!
